There will come a point in your life when you’ll finally realize it’s over – no more hopes, what ifs, and maybes. You just know that it’s time to give up, let go, and move on. It took 8 years for this to happen in my life. All I knew was that I wanted to be with him forever.
Moving on is never easy. It entails courage to finally accept that we’re not really meant to be. I am lucky to have friends who were there for me. I may have lost one person but I have friends who will never leave.
I won’t be singing “Someone like you”. I want to find someone ”new”. But I think I still have things to be thankful for.

Thank you for the good memories, for the friends and family I met because of you, and most of all, for the love you once shared with me.
Keep in mind that your heart was broken because it’s scarred already. When you find Mr.Right, he deserves a new heart and God can only give you a new one if you’ll let him pick up the pieces of your old heart and give you a new one.
