Top 10 Unforgettable Romantic Movie Lines (Pinoy Version)
No date? Believe me, you don’t need a partner to celebrate what love is all about. As a matter of fact, you can even stay home and still end up romantically happy. How? It’s easy as one, two three: grab a popcorn, put yourself in a couch potato mode, and get ready for a thrilling ride that a romantic movie marathon can offer. You can even watch alone, with friends, or with the love of your life. See? You can even save money you might have spent in fancy restaurants.
But kidding aside, I know that many Filipinos, no matter how cheesy and unrealistic our local movies has become, still find time to watch a romantic movie to gain additional love insights, take a break from a stressful relationship, find a character they can relate with, or just to have that “feel good” or “kilig” type of emotion. I’m not a big fan of local movies but I always find them very amusing as far as unforgettable movie lines are concerned. And to give tribute to those creative minds behind these romantic movies, here are the top 10 most memorable movie lines from equally unforgettable love stories of Philippine cinema:
1. One More Chance (2007)
John Lloyd: Mahal ko si Trisha …
Bea: Alam ko, alam ko …

Note: I know some of you might get disappointed with some of the entries but I considered it necessary to have at least one movie which represents a particular type of love story. Say, Kahit Konting Pagtingin for May-December love affairs and A Love Story for extra-marital affairs. Love has no definite explanation but with this top 10 list, I hope I can bring some love in the air!
