Shall We Press The Play Button?

When you are watching a movie, can you understand it if you press the fast forward button? If you skip some scenes, how will you know what and how did that happened?

Life is in play mode; no skips, no fast forward and it keeps on moving at that same pace. The earth rotates on its own axis at a speed of 1674.4 km/h. It will not slow down nor go crazy fast just for you.

Our feet are meant to make us move forward. Have you tried walking in reverse for the whole day? We all know that that is impossible. We have to move forward and at the right pace. We cannot cheat life.

We can’t stay in the same place. We cannot do anything if we keep on looking back on what we have done yesterday. Because the world wouldn’t stop just for you. What we have done yesterday must be left behind, and suffer any consequences and outcomes.

Were getting older, we are not getting any younger. It is because everything that had happened to us is irreversible. But there is something that we can do…

Face the outcome today. If you want to fix something, don’t just sit there, do something to make up for your wrongdoings yesterday. You’re hurt? Then stand on your feet, don’t stop moving, be someone better tomorrow.

Being bitter with the past will not do us any good. What had happened in the past is irrevocable. We cannot stay in the past and all we can do is trudge forward and brave the harsh storms in our lives.

Life is a mixture of the sweetest honey of joy, the most bitter pill of pain and remorse, briny tears of sadness and the spiciness of everyday surprises and thrills. There’s a lot in store for everyone so why do we need to get stuck in the past?

People come and go but we don’t and we should not stop moving, we don’t stop eating and we don’t stop breathing. If we loose someone, don’t worry, we might find someone better, else it just might not be your time yet. If someone shattered us to pieces, there are still other people there who are willing to take the risk and remake us again. And if we are in distress, there are some people out there who are willing to brighten up our smile once again.

Things that happened in the past must be left in the past. Decisions that was made long ago must be stored in the coffin, and live with the outcomes and consequences of what you have done before. People who broke and devastated your feelings heretofore must become a reason for you to become a better person today.

Life is in play mode. No cheats. No tricks. No peeking and especially no fast forward.
