  • You will be much better off being physically active and consuming the best foods. With the two, you will be able to shed bodyweight and even melt off excess fat.

  • Thanks for the share. For me, weight training is the best way to lose weight. However, it is not ideal for everyone so healthy diet and regular exercise are better alternatives.
